Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tameka! I specialize in personal growth and development, leadership and success coaching, mental toughness, vocational counseling, clinical supervision, and family dynamics.

I am a family scientist with a strong appreciation for Bowen's Family Systems Theory and the concept of differentiation of self.

I have experience working with a wide range of populations, including adults with severe mental health conditions, children with significant emotional disorders, divorced parents, couples, individuals with disabilities seeking vocational and independent living support, military service members and their families, survivors and offenders of domestic violence, participants in drug court programs, preschool and school-aged children, adolescents, emerging adults, and older adults.

I have also facilitated various group sessions, including anger management, substance use, social skills training, and employment-related critical incident debriefing.
