  • I have had the privilege of caring for patients who are deemed to need intensive care for a multitude of reasons. I have participated and acted as part of the treatment team for baker acted patient’s including voluntary patients and strived to achieve a successful discharge plan. I was responsible for carrying out the plan of care, providing accurate mental health assessments, and responding appropriately to emergent situations. A few of the most common disorders that I have encountered are Schizophrenia, Bipolar I, Bipolar II, Borderline Personality Disorder, OCD, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Opioid Dependence, Substance Abuse, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Behavior, Conduct disorder, Emotional Dysregulation Disorder, PTSD and some of the most common mood disorders.
