Great to meet you!

Don’t bring yesterday into today. Let’s work together to bring you back to a place of happiness. I am a wife and a mother of 3 children. I have worked in various areas of the mental health profession. My experience has allowed me to be comfortable working with individuals, couples, families and groups. This includes experience in dealing with children through geriatrics.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of different therapeutic approach styles to meet your specific needs. My desire is to understand your specific need to support and guide you in achieving your goals and wellness by enhancing your overall wellbeing, building resilience, improving relationships and accomplishing a happier and healthier well-balanced life.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe, relaxed and comfortable environment where you can be yourself and discuss anything without judgment. My motto is "You won't leave the same way you came". We work together to make every session different, while building upon each session to allow you to gain new understanding and techniques for dealing with stressors.
