Tamera has over 25 years of experience working in addiction and mental health counseling. Her counseling background is mindfulness based and she offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help address depression, anxiety, and chronic illness so that individuals can learn to reframe irrational thinking when learning to cope with life. She is trained in EMDR to help individuals address unresolved conflict or past trauma.

Tamera incorporates principles of counseling and stress management to help clients better manage and cope with life while finding balance and an overall state of wellness. She is trained in EMDR and CBT.
