Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of uncertainty. Many of my clients come to therapy asking, “What now?” or “How do I move forward from here?” I primarily treat individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, often alongside stress, burnout, and major life changes.

My approach is shaped not only by my professional training, but also by my own experience as a therapy client. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the courage it takes to begin this process and the impact that meaningful support can have. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and create a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and begin reshaping them into more balanced, effective ways of thinking and responding.

My style is direct, relatable, and practical. I value honest, clear communication and aim to make concepts easy to understand and apply to everyday life. I also incorporate empathy and, when appropriate, gentle humor to create a comfortable and approachable environment.

Therapy is a collaborative process. I act as a co-pilot—helping guide the work while you remain in control of your goals and direction. We focus on creating meaningful, measurable progress that supports lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know each other and building a strong foundation for our work. Much of the session will be guided by questions from me as I gather relevant background and current information to create an initial understanding of your experiences, concerns, and goals.

This process is intentional and somewhat structured, allowing us to use our time efficiently while establishing clarity and direction. While the session is more interview-style, there is space for you to ask questions and share what feels most important.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what next steps could look like moving forward.
