Great to meet you!

My personal journey to emotional healing has influenced my drive to assist others on their journey. I have a master’s in science in Applied Social Administration, Major Field: Clinical Social Work, in January 2019. I am a LCSW-Therapist. In 2015 I received a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, combining my Social Services and Christian Counseling education. I believe good emotional and mental health involves a soul path; an integration of the mind, will, and motions.

My approach to therapy

Areas of Expertise: I specialize in trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, and groups. I focus on clients who have experienced relational trauma, challenges in the area of toxic and dysfunctional relationship patterns, childhood, adolescent, and adult anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

What you can expect from me

I see counseling as a process in which you, the client, and I, the Therapist, having come to understand and trust one another, work as a team to explore and define present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life, and work systematically toward developing strategies and interventions that lead to successful emotional and mental health.
