Great to meet you!

You don't have to wait until life completely falls apart before asking for support. Sometimes the hardest part is carrying everything on your own for so long. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, overwhelming stress, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can be a place to slow down, take a breath, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Psychology and Counseling and an Education Specialist degree from Troy University. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults across community mental health, crisis services, outpatient counseling, and vocational rehabilitation. Those experiences have strengthened my belief that no matter what someone has been through, healing is possible when they feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person deserves therapy that feels personal, collaborative, and grounded in hope. There is no single path to healing, which is why I tailor each session to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll work to better understand what's contributing to the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that help you navigate life with greater resilience and confidence. My approach is compassionate, encouraging, and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, helping you build healthier ways of responding to stress, managing difficult emotions, and creating meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're used to handling life's challenges on your own. Our first session is simply a conversation where I'll take the time to understand your story, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope life will look like moving forward. Together, we'll create a plan that reflects your goals and moves at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, respected, and encouraged, knowing you don't have to navigate this journey alone. If you're ready to take the next step toward healing, growth, and a healthier future, I invite you to schedule a session through my profile. I'd be honored to work alongside you.
