Great to meet you!

If anxiety, stress, or family conflict have you feeling stuck, I want to help you find your way forward. I'm Tamica, a licensed therapist (LCPC) with a deep passion for empowering individuals, couples, and families, including children and adolescents, as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. I draw on CBT, narrative therapy, and play therapy to meet you where you are and help you achieve lasting personal growth. If you're ready to feel supported again, I would love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy, and play therapy with a strong understanding of human behavior, so our work fits you, not a one-size-fits-all plan. With children and adolescents, I often use art therapy and behavior management to make sessions feel safe and engaging. With adults, couples, and families managing anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship strain, I draw on solution focused brief therapy to build practical tools you can use right away. My goal is always the same: creating a space where you can thrive emotionally and mentally.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk through what brought you to therapy and what you want out of it, whether that's managing anxiety and stress, working through grief or trauma, or strengthening family and relationship communication. From there, I'll build a plan tailored to you, drawing on CBT, narrative therapy, or play therapy depending on what fits best. My goal is to help you develop healthy communication, shift the mindset that's been holding you back, and move toward the future you want. You deserve an excellent level of care, and I'm committed to providing it every step of the way.
