Great to meet you!

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Most people who find their way to therapy have simply gotten tired of carrying it alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, and the full weight of what life has thrown at them. I also have a deep commitment to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and creating space where every part of who you are is genuinely welcome.

My approach to therapy

Before I became a therapist, I spent 27 years as a respiratory therapist. When I faced my own health challenges, I felt called toward a different kind of healing. One focused on emotional wellbeing and the inner resilience we often don't know we have until we need it. That experience shapes everything about how I show up for clients. Our work together centers on what matters most to you: making sense of experiences that still hold power over your daily life, building the mental habits that quiet anxiety and interrupt old patterns, or developing a clearer sense of who you are and where you want to go. I believe every person has the capacity to grow and heal, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you find your footing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We will talk about your background and what brought you here, and we will start building a picture of where you want to go. It is completely normal to feel nervous coming in. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, one step at a time, and I will be here to support and guide you throughout. If you are ready to take that first step, I would love to connect. Reach out and let's begin.
