Great to meet you!

Sometimes we spend so much time taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, managing family responsibilities, or simply trying to make it through the day that we forget to take care of ourselves. Over time, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, and life's ongoing stressors can leave us feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how we ended up carrying so much on our own.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 12 years of experience, I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use recovery, family challenges, grief, or major life transitions, we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your individual experiences rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person brings their own story, relationships, strengths, and challenges into therapy, and my role is to help you understand the bigger picture while creating a path forward that feels realistic and achievable.

My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and strengths-based interventions. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, substance use recovery, or life transitions, we'll focus on practical strategies that create meaningful growth both inside and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

During our first sessions, we'll spend time understanding what brought you to therapy, what challenges you're carrying, and what you hope life looks like moving forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are.

You can expect compassion, collaboration, accountability, and practical support. Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create realistic goals that support lasting emotional wellness and personal growth.
