Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times. This is a space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to heal. With 19 years of experience in the field, I founded my private practice in 2015 and have since worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MBA from Drexel University. Today, my practice offers individual therapy for clients located in New Jersey and Virginia. Over the years, I've supported clients through a wide range of concerns, including diagnosable conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, anger, personality disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and PTSD.

My style is warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental, while impacting change through interactive, evidence-based approaches. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and negative self-schema. Health, wellness, and holistic practices are my passions. Balance, energetic alignment, and healing are the core principles of my work. I'm here to support and guide you toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental, grounded in creating a collaborative, interactive space where clients feel safe to explore and grow. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailoring each approach to the individual in front of me rather than a one-size-fits-all model. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and negative self-schema, helping clients understand the roots of these patterns while building practical tools to create lasting change. Health, wellness, and holistic well-being are central to how I view healing. I believe true change happens when we address the mind, body, and overall balance in a person's life. Throughout our work together, I focus on empowering clients to move from insight to action, so they leave not just understanding themselves better, but equipped to sustain the change they're working toward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy, your history, and your goals, while creating a space that feels warm, safe, and nonjudgmental from the very first moment. This is your time to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with and there's no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we'll begin identifying what you'd like to work on and what meaningful change looks like for you. I'll also share more about my approach and how we might work together, so you leave the session with a clearer sense of direction and a collaborative plan moving forward. My goal is for you to walk away feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
