Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor in Georgia. I hold a Doctorate in Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling, and I also work as a Counselor Educator and Supervisor. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients, students, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, adjustment issues, and relational concerns, and I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based strategies with a client-centered perspective. I draw from my own experiences and professional journey to build trust, relate to clients, and create a supportive environment that fosters growth, healing, and positive change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding the challenges that brought you to counseling. You can expect a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where your experiences and feelings are valued. Together, we will discuss your goals, explore your current situation, and begin identifying strategies to help you move forward. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share past counseling experiences, and start building a collaborative relationship that supports your growth and well-being.
