Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 7 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults. While my career journey has allowed me to explore various areas, currently I have maintained a focus and passionate with helping adults begin or continue their journey toward healing and personal growth.

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, and I support clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment-related challenges.

Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone, I’m here to walk alongside you and can't wait to meet you!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I use a person-centered style that creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and take ownership of your healing journey at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first session is structured us to get to know each other and start building a comfortable connection. We’ll go over background information and current symptoms so I can better understand you, your story, and what’s been going on in your life. We’ll also talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of it. There’s no pressure, this is a relaxed, supportive space where we can start figuring things out together at your pace.
