Great to meet you!

I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and am a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in both Acute Care and Psychiatric Mental Health. My rewarding journey began in the demanding fields of hepatology and liver transplant care, where I had the privilege of supporting patients facing significant physical and emotional challenges. Many of these remarkable individuals dealt with PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, and insomnia while navigating the complexities of life, death, and reintegration into society. This commitment to their well-being has deeply influenced my practice and ignited my passion for delivering holistic care that truly nurtures and empowers every patient.

My approach to therapy

My previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner shaped my belief that mental health is the foundation of healing, resilience, and thriving.

What you can expect from me

If you look “fine on the outside” but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or constantly behind, we should talk. I provide personalized psychiatry and therapy that is rooted in sagacious insight. My practice blends evidence-based medication management with therapy, mindfulness, and lifestyle strategies thoughtfully tailored for each client's unique path.
