Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and work with adult women ages 18–40. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, and life transitions. As a therapist, I value creating a warm, welcoming space where you can feel understood, supported, and comfortable being your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should feel like a space where you can explore what you’re experiencing at your own pace. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand yourself, work through difficult emotions, build self-compassion, and make meaningful changes that align with your values. My goal is not to tell you who to be, but to help you feel more connected to who you already are.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to work on, and what support might be most helpful for you. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
