I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with decades of experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years as a teacher, which deepened my passion for helping children and families navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding.

My approach is relational, systemic, and developmentally appropriate, with a focus on helping clients understand how past experiences shape current emotions and relationships. I also use trauma-informed methods, including EMDR and Brainspotting, and provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space for healing.

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin exploring their concerns, history, and goals for therapy. It’s an opportunity for me to get to know you, answer questions, and start building a plan that feels helpful and comfortable.
