Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Harvest Healing Wellness Center, LLC. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University and a Master of Science in Counseling Studies from Capella University. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cheyney University.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples facing symptoms of depression and anxiety, life transitions, relationships difficulties, trauma, and grief, offering a supportive and collaborative approach that fosters healing, resilience, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates clinical expertise, evidence-based interventions, spirituality, and genuine empathy to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. I am deeply committed to helping individuals achieve emotional healing, personal growth, and lasting wellness by building on their strengths, increasing self-awareness, and developing practical skills to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where we can discuss what has brought you to therapy, explore your concerns, and personal history, and identify your expectations and goals. This will allow us to develop a meaningful and effective plan for your healing and growth journey.
