Tammy Dubose

Hi my name Tammy and as a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring over 15 years of experience in providing high-quality mental health care to diverse populations. I specialize in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders for adults ages 18 and older, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction and mental health illness in older adults.

I earned a Master of Science in Nursing from University of St Francis, and I am board-certified by the ANCC. I am committed to holistic patient care, integrating evidence-based practices along with functional medicine to empower individuals on their mental health journeys.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and playing with my dogs which contributes to my overall wellness.

I am dedicated to fostering a safe, welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring that each individual feels heard, respected, and valued.

I incorporate evidence-based guidelines, clinical experience, and patient input, to develop a tailored treatment plan. I have diverse background which gives me the ability to understand medical systems in relation to psychiatric illnesses.

The first session is relaxed and informal. This consists of introductions, paperwork, and the treatment plan. This is the longest session because I need to gather enough information so I can better understand your concerns and how I may best help you.
