Counseling is my second career. It is the one that I always navigated to but I had my family first. I believe that within us, every client knows what they need to do to better themselves. They just need someone to hear them and help them understand.

I utilize multiple therapies within a single session depending on the client's individual needs at the time.

Clients generally come away with more knowledge about themselves and tools that they can utilize.
