Great to meet you!

My name is Tammy Jamison, and I am a Licensed Mental Health and Addiction Therapist. I specialize in helping individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR to support clients in building coping skills, increasing motivation, and processing trauma.

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centered, meeting each person where they are in their journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I believe it’s important to meet you where you are and create a safe space where you feel comfortable being open and honest.

I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR to help you better understand yourself, build healthy coping skills, work through challenges, and make positive changes at your own pace.

I see therapy as a partnership—we work together to identify your goals and move toward them in a way that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an initial assessment session to determine if we are a right fit for each other. During this session, we will discuss their goals or outcomes they hope to achieve and establish the type of environment we will work in together.
