Great to meet you!

Seeking help takes courage, and engaging in therapy is the first step to a better you. I am a licensed mental health counselor who has experience working with, but not limited to, individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

While using a person-centered approach to build a strong relationship with my clients, I also utilize various cognitive behavioral and gestalt techniques such as journaling, cognitive restructuring, free talk, role playing, and modeling. We’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—and identify clear, manageable steps toward change. Therapy with me is collaborative and we will work together to become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our therapy session will be a space where you can freely be yourself and explore what is causing you to seek therapy at this time and what you would like to be different in your life. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—I’ll meet you where you are.
