Hello! My name is Tammy Mantalas and I am a neurodiverse Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Advanced Rapid Resolution Therapy Practitioner. I graduated from Troy University in 2018 and have been in private practice since. I have also had my own personal journey of lived experience in healing and mental health that has developed wisdom beyond what you can find in a traditional school text book.
I am trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy, DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), Prepare and Enrich. Some clients value the ability to just be heard and understood while navigating their own personal journey; while others prefer a more collaborative approach in which I use special skills sets to help update the way the mind has been processing information to clear trauma and other stuckness in a fun way that is enjoyable for clients.

While I can provide many hands on tools for those who prefer; my goal for clients is to have them free and clear instead of coping.
