My name is Tammy Martin. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with adults to help them overcome feelings of depression, anxiety, stress and adjust to challenging life transitions and self-esteem issues. I also help couples and adults learn skills to improve interpersonal relationships and heal from attachment trauma.

I am inspired by and look for resiliency in people and believe there is good in everyone. I take a positive, supportive and holistic approach to therapy.
