Great to meet you!

All of us have felt overwhelmed, sad, anxious, or stressed. You may feel like the past is constantly intruding on your present. You might feel hyper-vigilant, struggle with nightmares, or find it difficult to trust others. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s the best investment you can make when you prioritize yourself and your well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I don't just sit and listen; I actively work with you to attain your goals. My goal is to create a secure, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard, and to help you move from simply surviving to truly thriving

My approach to therapy

My approach is always client-centered and tailored to each client's individual needs. Some of the techniques I commonly use are evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

What you can expect from me

The first therapy session is a warm, non-judgmental "getting to know you" experience that prioritizes building trust and safety, understanding your needs, and setting collaborative goals for the future. Together, we discuss what the client hopes to achieve through therapy. These goals can be broad or specific, and this collaboration ensures the process is tailored to the client's needs and that they are active participants in their own journey.
