Congratulations on taking the first step to begin therapy. I have many years of experience and work collaboratively with you to help you to achieve your goals. I work with adults 18 and over and my primary specialization is working with people who have experienced trauma.
It is my goal to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and openly express yourself. It is my role to support you in the process and, when necessary, to challenge and offer a different perspective to consider.
During our first session you can expect to share your experiences and the outcomes you want to achieve from therapy. Together we will create a treatment plan to successfully achieve your goals.
