Great to meet you!

You don't have to have it all figured out to start. There is no right or wrong place to begin.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I'm also a Certified School Counselor — which means I've spent decades not just in therapy offices, but inside schools, alongside kids and families navigating the real, daily pressures of growing up, parenting, and finding your way.

That breadth of experience shapes everything about how I work. I understand what it looks like when anxiety shows up in a classroom, when ADHD affects a family's daily life, or when an eating disorder hides behind achievement. And I know how to create a space where children, teens, and adults alike feel safe enough to actually open up.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and built around you — not a template. I believe therapy works best when the relationship feels genuine and the pace feels manageable.

I have deep experience working with:

  • ADHD and attention challenges across all ages
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Autism spectrum disorders
  • Behavioral challenges in children and adolescents

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at the whole person — what's working, what's getting in the way, and what meaningful change could look like for your specific life and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a gentle starting point. We'll talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and anything you feel is important for me to know.

You are always in control of the pace and what you choose to share. There's no pressure to go anywhere before you're ready.

From there, we'll build something together — a collaborative plan grounded in trust and tailored to what matters most to you.
