Great to meet you!

When life feels overwhelming, whether you are carrying the weight of trauma, struggling with intense emotions, navigating relationship challenges, or working through substance use, you do not have to face it alone. For nearly two decades, I have helped adolescents, adults, couples, and families work through some of life’s most difficult experiences, including PTSD, bipolar disorder, anger management, and addiction. I believe healing begins with feeling understood, having the right support, and learning practical tools that help you create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you move forward, not just talk about what is wrong. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused approaches, and attachment-based therapy to help you understand patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen the skills you need to navigate challenges. Together, we will create a treatment plan that fits your goals, values, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to share your story, talk about what brought you to therapy, and identify what you would like to change. We will explore your goals, your current challenges, and the strengths you already have that can help you move forward. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps. If you are ready to start making a change, I invite you to schedule a free consultation so we can see if we are a good fit.
