I look forward to helping you on your journey of self discovery, overcoming trauma and walking into the future you deserve! I am a Psychotherapist. My work focuses around helping people overcome depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress disorder, post partum depression, work stress, life stress and Trauma. My work also centers around helping individuals develop work -life balance, positive communication, forming positive relationships and self awareness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a number of different therapeutic modalities to help individuals reach their goals including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Positive Reinforcement, Supportive Therapy, and Psychodynamic. I view therapy as a collaborative effort. The focus in the beginning is on developing trust.
