I genuinely understand the significance of prioritizing mental health for overall happiness and stability in life. It takes great courage to seek help, so congratulations on taking that step! With 20 years of experience as a nurse and nurse practitioner working with patients in the community, I transitioned my focus to working with individuals ages 18-99 and addressing their mental health needs. I'm here to offer my empathy and expertise to help you through this difficult time.

Hey there! We always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve. We’ll work together to figure this out! I always strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
