Great to meet you!

You may be reaching out because something feels heavy, overwhelming, or unsustainable right now. Maybe you are carrying trauma, grief, suicidal thoughts, or a sense that you have had to stay strong for far too long. You do not have to navigate this alone. Clients often tell me they feel understood, heard, and relieved after our first session. I prioritize creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where difficult conversations can happen honestly. You will not be pushed, labeled, or minimized here. Instead, we will work together to identify what is keeping you stuck and build a path forward that aligns with your values and strengths.

My approach to therapy

I am Tammy Ziegler McCreery, a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and CAMS-Certified clinician with extensive experience supporting individuals at their most vulnerable moments. As a Veteran and former Army officer who served in Iraq, I bring an understanding of trauma, moral injury, loss, and the weight many people carry alone.

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are used to taking care of others or handling things on your own. If you are ready for support that is professional, grounded, and genuinely human, I invite you to schedule a consultation. This could be the first step toward relief, clarity, and hope.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will look at current patterns, identify what is helping, and gently work on what is not. There is hope, and I will help you find it.
