Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and down-to-earth, creating a space where you can show up as your full self without judgment.

I’m passionate about helping clients move through grief, manage anxiety and depression, and build resilience in the face of chronic illness or major life transitions. I work with adults and teens who feel stuck in their relationships or within themselves that often weighed down by health changes, ADHD, trauma, or overwhelming stress. In therapy, clients find a safe space to untangle emotions, gain clarity, and build healthier boundaries. Together, we explore family and relational patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create balance.

I specialize in relational psychotherapy with a family-systems lens, helping clients identify and shift the patterns that keep them stuck. As a Certified DBT Professional and Advanced Grief Specialist, I integrate mindfulness-based grounding, somatic awareness, narrative therapy, and evidence-based practices to support healing, growth, and resilience. My professional background also includes extensive experience with dialysis and medically complex conditions, as well as trauma-informed grief and loss care. I understand the emotional toll of long-term health challenges and life stressors, and I offer both empathy and practical strategies to help clients navigate them.

When life feels heavy, you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a collaborative, empowering space where you can share your story, find comfort, and gain practical tools for real-life application. Above all, I believe therapy should feel supportive, goal-oriented, and grounded in your unique needs. My approach helps you feel more present, confident, and connected to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and empowering. My role is not to “fix” you but to walk alongside you as you discover new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships.

I use a relational and family-systems lens to help uncover the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, while also drawing from DBT, CBT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and narrative therapy. Sessions are grounded, compassionate, and designed to help you build insight and tangible coping tools that foster lasting change and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where your experiences are validated and your goals are taken seriously. Together, we’ll identify the patterns and challenges that keep you feeling stuck while building practical tools to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and navigate stress.

Clients can expect a balance of compassion and real-world strategies. Sessions are a place to feel deeply heard while also learning tools you can apply in daily life. Over time, many clients find themselves feeling more resilient, more connected in their relationships, and more hopeful about their future.
