Founded by the skilled and compassionate Mya Carter, LCSW-C, LICSW, our center specializes in addressing issues like depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. With over six years of dedicated experience, Mya's passion for psychotherapy shines through in her commitment to helping clients find healing and peace.

My approach to therapy is both empathetic and challenging. I utilize various modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, ACT, and psychoanalytic therapy, to help individuals overcome their difficulties. My goal is to facilitate a journey toward peace and wellness, supporting each client in achieving a fulfilling life.
