My approach to therapy

I have a wide range of specialized training: C-PTSD/PTSD, Trauma, Military/Vets, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Shame, and much more. I also have a broad knowledge base of healing interventions, including CBT, DBT, SFBT, Reality Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Nutrition, and many others, to support personalized care.
