Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is the opportunity to be selfishly authentic in explaining how you're feeling and get feedback based on those thoughts that are hard to share with the people in your life. I'm not sure what brought you to look for a therapist, maybe a big change, losing someone or just feeling ready to see if a therapeutic relationship can help you move through some things but I'm glad you're here.

I have worked in the medical field (first in hospitals, now in hospice) as a Social Worker for the past ten years. My experience and training in a variety of different types of therapy approaches lets me focus on my clients as whole person and assist based on the specific contexts that makes them unique.

I would love the opportunity to meet and see if I can support you with whatever you're going through.

My approach to therapy

Therapy techniques and modalities are most helpful when they match someone's strengths. In getting to know you and your needs, we'll determine together what supports you would most benefit from and make a plan on how to best move forward. That includes consideration about what sessions will look like, how often they occur and how many can be anticipated.

My experiences and background allow me to best support individuals with managing grief, moving through life changes (particularly women pre/postpartum/mothers) and anyone wanting to learn how to look at life in a different way.

What you can expect from me

The goal is for you to end our 5Based on your need and schedule, you could expect for 4-12 sessions over 2-8 months. While you continue to feel better, sessions may become farther apart.
