Great to meet you!

I am a Latina licensed psychotherapist , using somatic tools, teaching others how to heal from the effects of trauma, heartbreak, anxious attachment, emotional wounds, & codependency. I use somatic work (nervous system regulation) as a foundation for helping, teaching, and guiding others back to wellness through somatic practices so they can deepen their connection with themselves, heal their childhood wounds, transform their attachment wounds, and shift codependency into confidence.”

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic and somatic approach to therapy to help you emotionally regulate and feel safe and secure within.
