Great to meet you!

I help clients strengthen their relationship with themselves as the foundation for every other relationship in their lives. My work focuses on reconnecting you with your values, boundaries, intuition, and sense of self so you can move beyond patterns of anxiety, self-abandonment, burnout, and unhealthy relationship dynamics.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounded, and multi-dimensional (holistic), blending evidence-based therapy with somatic healing, inner child work, mindfulness, and subconscious reprogramming practices. Together, we work toward greater emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, we assess current challenges, begin excavating deepest desires, as a way to lay the foundation of our goals, orientation, and build rapport.
