Tandi is especially passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and confidence while improving overall emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

Care should be collaborative and goal oriented. My goal is to help you achieve your goal. I combine medication management and talk therapy to help you develop into the greatest version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about you. You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s bringing you in and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll identify clear, meaningful goals and create a plan tailored to your needs.

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe being open and vulnerable. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward lasting change.
