Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a direct, open-minded, and empowering approach to therapy. Believing that growth happens when clients feel both supported and challenged, so I create a space that is warm, honest, and occasionally infused with humor. My work is solution-focused while also honoring the deeper impact of trauma, instability, and loss.

I have worked with individuals aged 12 to adulthood across a variety of settings, supporting clients who have experienced significant life disruptions, trauma, and transitions. My goal is to help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence and practical tools for change.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach integrates Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, Strengths-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Tailoring these approaches to meet each client’s needs, helping them build resilience, develop practical tools, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, intentional approach to gather meaningful information to understand patterns, strengths, and goals.
