Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they can feel heard and understood. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I approach each session with empathy and a genuine desire to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a LPC with a client-centered, compassionate approach to therapy. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can heal and grow. I specialize in helping people navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, infertility, postpartum difficulties, family-of-origin issues, and self-esteem struggles, including shame and unworthiness.

Don't see a time or day that will work for you? Feel free to email me to see if we can set up an alternative day to meet.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away a deeper understanding of themselves, along with practical tools and strategies to manage their challenges. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, so we work together to explore your personal goals, identify barriers, and create meaningful change. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or career-related stress, my goal is to provide you with insight, coping skills, and a sense of empowerment.
