Great to meet you!

In 2013, my husband and I were diagnosed with unexplained infertility—an answer to five years of heartbreak. I struggled with anger, sadness, and grief, often in silence. Seeking support was a turning point: a time to get help, heal, and thrive. That journey fuels my passion to support others. Whether you're facing fertility challenges, postpartum struggles, grief, relationship issues, workplace stress, or the weight of daily life—I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

I understand that life’s challenges are complex and deeply personal. That’s why I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, held, and helped. Whether you need a place to cry, someone to truly listen, a partner in problem-solving, or guidance to untangle your thoughts—I'm here to meet you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

I’ll walk beside you to create a personalized plan that helps you navigate fear, anxiety, depression, grief, and frustration. Together, we’ll explore how to move forward, work through relationship challenges and societal pressures, and reconnect with your sense of wholeness, strength, and emotional clarity.
