Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward mental health support is a powerful act of courage. As a dual‐certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring over seven years of experience in adult health and behavioral health. I’m committed to meeting you where you are, listening deeply, and partnering with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe mental health treatment is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. I provide medication management while taking a holistic perspective that considers the connection between mental health, physical health, stress, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and daily lifestyle habits. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can develop practical strategies, enhance their emotional well-being, and work toward achieving long-term stability and balance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment‐free environment during their first session. We will spend time discussing your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, current stressors, and personal goals for treatment. My priority is to gain a clear understanding of your individual needs so we can develop a personalized treatment plan together, which may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and supportive therapeutic strategies. I want clients to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and hopeful about their path forward.
