Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy is a powerful and essential tool in empowering individuals to shape their future instead of focusing on the pain from the past. As a counselor, my goal is to provide a safe and warm environment for you to share your story with me, focus on strengths and to begin a journey on a path towards healing and wholeness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples. I have experience working with a variety of issues, which include, but are not limited to: addiction, anxiety, depression, self-harming, grief, relationship issues, trauma and spirituality. I am passionate about taking a strength-based approach to therapy.
