Great to meet you!

I am a licensed and board-certified art therapist and psychotherapist with more than a decade of experience supporting people across all ages and backgrounds. My work in a variety of clinical settings has given me a broad understanding of the many challenges people may face throughout life.

I offer a safe, expressive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I support clients who are navigating life transitions, managing stress, seeking greater self-awareness, or working toward increased resilience and personal growth. Whether you prefer to process through conversation, creative expression, or a combination of both, I will meet you where you are and support your individual needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine listening. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self, without judgment, while exploring your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

As an art therapist, I may incorporate creative and expressive techniques when they feel helpful, but no artistic experience is needed. Therapy can include conversation, reflection, and creative exploration as we work together to understand your experiences, identify your strengths, and support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, supportive foundation for therapy. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what you would like support with at this time.

You will have space to share as much or as little as feels right. I will listen thoughtfully, answer your questions, and work with you to identify goals for our time together. Most importantly, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where we can begin at your pace.
