Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tania, and I'm so glad you're here. I work with adults ages 18 to 65 and seniors 65 and older navigating chronic health conditions, anxiety, and depression, along with grief, identity, and the ups and downs of illness or aging. I also welcome LGBTQ+ clients into a space built on warmth and acceptance. Wherever you're starting from, there's room for you here, and support is closer than you think.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and affirming, and I meet you exactly where you are. I draw on humanistic and attachment based therapy to build a strong, trusting relationship, along with somatic and trauma focused CBT to help your mind and body heal together. I also use positive psychology and motivational interviewing to build confidence, and ACT to help you live in line with what matters most.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, whether that's a health diagnosis, grief, identity, or family stress. I'll ask about your history, your support system, and your goals so I can understand your full picture. Expect a warm, affirming space with no judgment, where you're free to be exactly who you are. By the end, we'll have a clear plan for moving forward together. Schedule a session with me through my calendar.
