Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 25 years of experience helping adults and families navigate emotional challenges, stressful circumstances, and significant life changes. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, caregiver stress, life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, and difficulty establishing healthy boundaries. I especially enjoy helping people who are accustomed to taking care of everyone else but may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about what comes next.
My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should provide a safe space to understand what you're experiencing while also giving you practical tools that can be applied to everyday life. Together, we can identify patterns that may be contributing to your stress, strengthen your coping skills, develop healthier boundaries, and work toward greater confidence and balance.
Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply know that something needs to change, you don't have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to support you as you work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
I provide services in both English and Spanish.
