I offer a Trauma-informed Care strength-based and person centered approach. I utilize therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Mindfulness-based techniques.
