Tania Molinar Castillo

I'm a Bilingual and Bicultural therapist (Mexican-American) whose mission is to help teens and women understand the root of their struggles and make changes in their lives that last. My passion is supporting people of color and women to receive down-to-earth, accessible therapy that helps them create changes. I have a certification in perinatal mental health and love working with pregnant and post-partum people as they navigate the ebbs and flows of these stages.

I take a structured yet relaxed approach to therapy. This means I’ll work with you through every step—whether it’s setting your goals or beginning the process of addressing past trauma. I will keep you informed about where we are headed. I keep communication open so you will know how our sessions are connected to your goals. I enjoy helping people tackle past trauma, manage their emotions, handle life changes, and build a better relationship with themselves.
