Great to meet you!

I'm Tania, a therapist passionate about changing perceptions of mental health care. I believe mental health is as vital as physical health and aim to help people take control of their lives and find fulfillment. With a Master's from Nova University, I've worked in various settings, supporting survivors of domestic violence, children, families, and individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in the belief that each individual has the power to be the author of their own life story. Whether you're grappling with past trauma, experiencing the weight of depression, or facing life-altering transitions, my aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to explore your unique experiences and build a path to healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to take away a variety of tools and insights from sessions with me. I prioritize your unique needs and goals, tailoring our sessions to fit you. You'll learn skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and handling stress more effectively. I'll help you identify and change negative thought patterns that may be impacting your mood and behavior. I will empower you to find practical solutions to your current problems, focusing on your strengths and resources.
