Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Taniesha, a Licensed Mental Health therapist (LCSW) who is passionate about helping individuals and couples experience deeper emotional healing and healthier relationships. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns; especially those navigating relationship challenges, past wounds, and emotional exhaustion. Many of my clients desire not just change, but true healing that transforms how they show up in their relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and honest. I create a safe space where you can process your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to build emotional security within yourself and your relationships. You don't have to carry this alone. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel seen and heard during their first session with me. I want clients to be able to feel safe and invited to be able to share vulnerably while feeling optimistic and hopeful about receiving the help they need.
