Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard. I’m passionate about helping individuals, children, teens, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with honesty, compassion, and support. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, creating a space where you can feel safe to be yourself, no masks, no judgment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps, I’m here to walk alongside you. You might be navigating things like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or just everyday stress and that’s okay. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone or have it all sorted out. This is a space to just be real and work through things together. I offer a space where you can just be yourself, no pressure to have all the answers. My approach is grounded in authenticity and collaboration working together to better understand what’s getting in the way and how to move forward in a way that feels right for you. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. I always lead with a human first approach. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation not a clinical checklist and that healing happens when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. I blend practical tools with deep, reflective work to help you build insight, learn new coping strategies, and reconnect with your sense of self. At the heart of my work is a belief in your capacity to grow, change, and thrive. My role is to walk beside you, offering support, insight, and encouragement as you navigate your path toward greater self-understanding and well-being. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you really are. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, honesty, and care I'm here for you

My approach to therapy

I am a dedicated therapist who finds deep purpose in helping individuals grow, heal, and thrive. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey one where we work together as a team. Your thoughts, experiences, and voice are always valued, and I encourage open, honest dialogue throughout our time together. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, supported, and free to express yourself without fear of judgment or stigma. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of my practice. You can trust that what you share will remain private within ethical and legal guidelines, allowing you to explore even the most sensitive topics with confidence. I also place a strong emphasis on providing therapy that is culturally responsive and inclusive. I respect and integrate the unique aspects of your identity, background, and values into our work, understanding how these may shape your life and challenges. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they pursue growth, clarity, and healing. I’m fully invested in your well-being and success, and I believe in your capacity for change. Together, we can work toward building resilience, restoring self-confidence, and creating the kind of life that feels meaningful to you

What you can expect from me

Our work starts with getting to know what matters most to you, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to change or understand better. In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to explore your story, uncover patterns, and clarify your goals. From there, we’ll create a plan that feels tailored to you, using approaches that are grounded in proven therapeutic methods but always flexible to fit your needs. I’ll check in with you regularly to make sure our work continues to feel helpful, meaningful, and aligned with where you want to go. In our first few sessions, we’ll talk through what’s been going on, explore patterns that might be getting in the way, and get clear on what you’d like to work toward whether that’s healing from past experiences, improving relationships, managing anxiety, or just feeling more like yourself again. From there, we’ll build a plan together that feels thoughtful and personalized. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, but just as importantly, I bring a warm, relational style that helps make the process feel collaborative and human. I’ll check in with you regularly because therapy should evolve as you do. Whether you need more structure, more space to vent, or a shift in focus, I’ll adapt our work to stay aligned with your needs and goals. My hope is that our sessions become a place where you not only gain insight but also feel empowered, supported, and challenged in ways that help you grow. This is your time, and I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace, in your voice, and on your terms.
